We gathered in Tower Grove Park for Women’s Health Wednesday. Sugar & Spice Apothecary led us through a Herbal Techniques Workshop with a Welcome Tea Ceremony and DIY Herbal Tinctures to Take Home. We chatted about Feminine Health & Cycle Syncing and finished the day with a Restorative Yoga Flow.
