For instance, if you were born on 1st January 1990, write 01/01/1990.
Break down each component of the date to a single digit.
Example: For 01/01/1990
Day: 0 + 1 = 1
Month: 0 + 1 = 1
Year: 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 = 19 (then, 1 + 9 = 10, and then 1 + 0 = 1)
